Admission Requirements for New Student Applicant

Nursery / Kindergarten

• Age: 4 years old by October of the Academic Year for Nursery, 5 years old by October of the Academic Year for Kinder

• Photocopies of birth (PSA) and baptismal certificates

• 3 pcs. 1 x 1 ID Picture (white background)

• Entrance interview  (both child and parent, to be scheduled by Guidance Advocate)

• For non-Catholics: Signed form of Non-Catholic Agreement. Click here for downloadable form.

Elementary, Junior and Senior High School

• Form 138 (Report Card)

• Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed by Principal / Guidance Counselor

• Photocopies of birth (PSA) and baptismal certificates

• 3 pcs. 1 x 1 ID Picture (white background)

• Entrance interview  (both child and parent, to be scheduled by Guidance Advocate)

• For High School Transferees with ESC Voucher: ESC Certificate from current school

• For Foreign Students: Certification of Eligibility from DepEd
